I just got this today and, having lots of experience with tens/ems, expected setup to be reasonably easy. I saw a Quick Step booklet but chose to look through the larger booklet first. This left me pretty confused so I went back to the Quick to see if I could begin to understand. Back and forth, rereading both several times and really not getting much out of it. The manufacturer is French and the instructions are truly poorly translated (I have worked with French translations for years) and suffer from not being written by a “communicator”. Instead it seems a technical person tried to write them and no English speaker vetted the result.By guesswork mostly I have figured out how to charge the “pods” though it will be tomorrow before I can try it out since charging takes 5 HOURS and there are two sets to charge (only one charging cable though so 10 hours). Then when you want to use them again, the charge has to be topped up. I understand this is early times for the wireless tech for tens/ems but I think these will prove to be enormously frustrating. What you want with tens/ems is a system that gets to work fast and easily, and it looks like you have to plan for this machine well in advance. We’ll see.

I've been looking for something to help my muscles recover faster after working out and after some research found that EMS could be the solution. The BeWellConnect certainly has been helping so far! There were other EMS devices that were a little cheaper, but I chose this one because of the ease of use with the app and because it's wireless. It makes such a difference being wireless.At first it was a little hard to figure out how to use it because the instructions are in french only. However, once I downloaded the app and just used that, it was super easy to use. The app is great and is very intuitive to use. Along with my muscle recovery, it's also great to help with the lower back pain I've been having.Lastly, one of my favorite features are the pads. They snap onto the device easily and also stick to your body great. However, the best thing about it when you peel them off they leave absolutely no sticky residue on your body. You wouldn't think that would be the case just by looking at them or feeling them, but absolutely no residue is left on your skin! It's great!

This unit is fantastic, BUT CANNOT get replacement pads in the USA. You can buy genetic pads, but they keep disconnecting.I am so upset I can’t get pads for this and customer service has NOT helped me!

This is an easy to use aid for muscle pain relief. I like it but haven't used it enough yet to be able to give it that 5th star 🌟.

Love this TENS unit. I've used other cheaper ones in the past, and nothing can compare to this one. It's a little pricier, but totally worth the cost. The app is very simple and intuitive and I love how it's completely wireless. Highly recommend for anyone with muscle or joint pain.
