Beautiful phone.................serious problems.. But wait.. Update! Read below.
I had really high hopes for this phone.. I have an A3 UMIDIGI and although its not stellar, its never had any problems other than it being slow. The ONE MAX i received is a beautiful phone. its very snappy and can run a dozen or more apps at once with no problem.. The picture quality is awesome.. the feel is great.. the materials look and feel like a high end phone... All that combined make for an awesome value and a really nice experience.......Until.... It shuts down abruptly... restarts unexpectedly... vibrates constantly when texting then freezes, shuts down, starts, stops,, turns back off again...restarts... vibrates for 20 seconds until it restarts again.. Im seriously disappointed.. I researched this phone for a week before buying.. never read or watched any negative reviews.. so im pretty bummed. Im sending it back.. maybe getting another hoping this one just got a bad processor of rom or something.. For now Im going back to using my sluggish but solid A3.Ok. update. I received a replacement today. And Man.. what a great phone for the money! It's fast.. responsive.. has a beautiful screen quality. And takes great pictures. It feels like a high end Galaxy..! The finger print reader is fast too! So far I'm really loving it! Hopefully this will be the last time I update the review.. if I have any serious or even minor problems.. I'll update.Update. The phone started acting funny so I restarted it.. on bootup it went to a recovery boot menu where it stayed.. I couldn't do anything but restart using the power button. Just to return to the same boot up menu. Womp womp.. man I really liked the phone too.

Best phone for the money that I've owned.
2/17/19 Update:Just checked battery capacity after draining it with max screen brightness and a game that wouldn't let screen shut off. Screen stayed on at least 4 hours before I fell asleep and the phone as completely dead when I awoke. See included picture for info. 4,000mAh and around 4 hours to charge to 100%. I'm satisfied. I'll test max screen brightness time to drain the battery next.2/16/19 Update:I've had this phone 3 weeks and it's really great. I just wanted to update what I thought of this phone. I am comparing it to my favorite phone I still own, a Huawei Mate SE.-Battery life is pretty good, the screen is very bright, which shortens battery life on higher settings. It lasts me all day without fail at about 50% brightness and I can still see it out in the sun.-Wireless charging is flawless. I love the convenience of being able to pick up my phone without unplugging it and having to plug it in to charge. I have seneo chargers and they work great. This phone charges very fast wireless or wired.-As far as performance, It can run any modern game without any noticeable lag. Any inputs I make are instant no matter what is going on in the game.-I'm still not a fan of the intrusive front camera, but it's only a small portion of screen taken up. The rear camera isn't very good, but it's not bad either. I've gotten some really good pictures, but it's fairly hit or miss and seems to need good lighting to take a decent picture. I still rely on my Hauwei when I want to make sure I get good pictures. The front camera seems to take decent pictures in good lighting.-The Google search bar is there forever, it seems. I asked about it and was told Google requires it. It's a waste of space, but it's not a real problem.-Overall it's still a good phone and although it's a backup phone I use it everyday. I'm not sure I would purchase one as a gift, simply because a really good camera is what people I know seem to want, it's a great phone for personal use or as a backup. It's got all the storage you could ever need and performance to run anything you need it to.I would buy this phone again. I'm not sure if I would use it as my main phone, but it's got all the features, minus a reliable camera for crystal clear pictures, that I would want in my main phone. I'd say 9/10 recommend.Original review:I've had this phone for about a week so far, and it's been amazing. Storage space is vast, it's quick and runs any apps and games I've played on it without slowing down. Picture quality doesn't seem to be as good as my hauwei mate se, but it's not terrible. I haven't used the camera that often, though. Qi charging is awesome, works very well. This phone in general charges very quickly. Before making this purchase I read every review for it, and saw the number jump up almost everyday with 5 star reviews. A complaint I was worried about was battery life....I use Kaspersky battery life app. At first full charge to 100%, it said 10 hour standby time, almost 8 hours when it got 90%. I was disappointed, but I know it takes time for the app to figure out how far a charge can go. Needless to say after several charging cycles, it says over a day at 100% charge now and is still climbing. Is it 4,000mah? That's to be seen. I will eventually test it. It's probably very close to that number. The only thing that really bothers me is the space taken up on the home screen by the Google search bar. I'm familiar with removing them from my other Android phones, but this one will not be removed with the standard practices. I also don't want to root my phones, use another launcher, or disable Google apps. This may end up being my main phone, taking the place of my hauwei mate se, and I love my mate se. Just have to get rid of that search bar.

Excellent device with powerful battery
I bought this device a week ago and was very impressed with it, so I bought another one as a birthday present for my cousin. This is my opinion about the device:pros:Ultra-strong battery (holds for more than two days of use) Supports all American and European 4g bands (very important!!)dual Sim slotsStock Android : clean and fastFingerprint sensor in excellent locationvery fast wireless charging.High quality images.USB Type C.128gb Internal storagecons:I have not yet found, the truth that at such a price it is hard to find cons ...My recommendation: Before you invest a lot of money on large branded devices such as Samsung and Apple, check this device, it gives great value for the price and do the job as required !!
