this gimbal is wonderful, latest firmware update will give you much more flexibility...updated inception mode, updated moza master app will give you object tracking option, little heavy but very user friendly, you can do everything from the gimbal without using smartphone app...go for it...

Awful battery, died just after a shoot, check online review about its battery before you buy. No support available in India

The media could not be loaded.  ‘iFocus Motor’ is missing and the number one slot allotted for the same is empty in the box. (Yesterday at 8pm I received the Moza Gudsen Air 2 Gimbal and with all slots filled with their parts except the slot no. one, which is empty.

iFocus mount rods missing in the box. After manual balancing, auto-calibration creates a continuous vibration even after switching off and switching on. Removing the batteries completely and manually balancing with all the care made it work again, but I did not go for auto-calibration as that is unpredictable.

One one best out there but its heavy .I have rigged a7iii+ metabones adapter +cp3 lens . It works flawlessly.

Just received today to use with Canon 5Dm4, unfortunately the connection cable is not in the box, pls help on how to get the cable...

Veramente un ottimo gimbal io uso la BMPCC4k e con questo gimbal mi trovo veramente beneha una portata di 4.2 kg che ti permette l'uso di una camera come la BMPCC4k con i vari accessori montati (SSD - follow focus e altro) e soprattutto i motori lavorano al disotto della loro capacita di carico con il beneficio del risparmio batterie.ti permette inoltre di alimentare la camera cosi da ridurre il peso complessivole batterie durano veramente tantosono molto soddisfatto

Me decidí por este gimbal tras ver un montón de comparativas.Lo he usado en tres trabajos profesionales y estaba bastante satisfecho con él. El problema llegó el cuarto día: el agujero del tornillo que adjunto en la foto (y que sirve para calibrar la cámara en la zapata) es de aluminio de mala calidad, acaba viciándose, perdiendo el relieve/dibujo interno y dejando el gimbal inutilizable. Buscando en internet vi que le había pasado a más gente (Youtube: "Moza Air 2 problem", Reddit: "Moza Air 2? Think Again", Amazon.com en las reviews...)A 1000km de casa, y en medio de un trabajo para un cliente, os podéis imaginar mi cara. Doy gracias a haberlo comprado en Amazon y haber tramitado la devolución sin problemas, porque por lo que he leído, Gudsen, el fabricante, se desentiende con el tema de la garantía.No digo que vaya a pasar en todos los casos, pero tengo que advertir de que no es la primera vez. Para eso está este apartado de valoraciones.En fin, voy a probar el Ronin S esta vez, espero que con mejor suerte.

The media could not be loaded.  Acquistato il 17 settembre, ma causa crisi covid, sono riuscito ad usarlo una cvolta per pochi minuti. Il problema enorme è che si spegne senza motivo!!! Quindi inutilizzabile!! Non posso fare il reso perchè sono passati i tempi per farlo....quindi soldi buttati!!
