42.7cc Gas Pole Tree Trimming Combo Set

The saw came earlier then projected which was nice. All parts were there and in good shape. All the reviews I read said the manual was not great for instructions. I found that the manual could have been more detailed but did give sufficient instructions. Plus a pole saw in itself is pretty self explanatory. Saw runs fine so far and has performed as expected. The one downside to the saw is the weight. The assembled product is heavier than expected. This makes long task a chore.Over all I am pleased with the product as a whole.

This tool appeared to be everything I needed to get the job done around my home until I received the product broken. Not a problem though, upon contacting the seller they shipped me the new parts. When the new parts arrived, I did a run down of the directions to ensure I was operating the product the way it said in the manual. I must say, this definitely gets the job done and works great!! I am very happy with the seller and product, I can't wait to use all of the attachments.

The blade guard did not protect me. As I was cutting a pice of wire (did not see) was thrown up and puncture my foot. It went into the bone by me ankle about 2”.

Had an issue with a bad coil on start up. Lan was helpful getting me the parts I needed for the repair. Just started the unit and tried the hedge trimmers, they were stiff until I oiled them. Also tried the trimmer that seem to work well. Unit is on the heavy side but seem to have plenty of power. The attachments are easy to switch out.

Used it for 6 hours in the fall. Next spring it would not maintain full power. Thoroughly cleaned the fuel system and carburetor and changed gas and used a gas additive. Brandline was responsive though not helpful. Worked well when it worked though 6 hours is far less than hoped for. Would not recommend this product.

Not happy with product at all very hard too start waiting on company to send me replacement motor of it is as bad as this machine I will return product
