Easy to use and charge from my home outlet. I use these to charge cellphones and security cameras for my security team in our storage unit.

Excellent battery. Besides jumping the car I've used it to power a 25 watt ham radio for CERT deployments. More than enough power and ports for everything.

I can't speak to the ease of use since I never got to use the product. I maintained a regular monthly charge schedule (as instructed) . . .and it would show the marching dashes of charging and read !00% when the cycle finished. It wasn't until months later when I tried to use it to jump a battery that I discovered it did not work.That is understandable. One in a thousand could be defective. But what isn't is the lack of customer response and service. I wrote them in August, 2019 to explain the problem. No response. I followed up in October of 2019 with another letter expressing my dissatisfaction with their lack of customer concern. As of this date in April 2020, I still have not received a reply of any kind.Based on my experience, the product is faulty, and the customer service stinks. (I am glad that others have not had the same experience.)

My daughter bought this product for my late husband; however, I didn't know anything about this jump starter until lately. For me, it has been a lifesaver as I use the air compressor component quite often. It has a permanent place in my vehicle.My daughter has a similar model that she uses frequently, so I suppose this was her reason for buying this model Schumacher for her dad.This is a hefty jump starter, so for me being only 5' tall, it's somewhat cumbersome to handle. Nonetheless, without hesitation, I heartily recommend this Schumacher.
