I found out that if I add the MCT oil to my morning coffee it doesn’t hurt my stomach.
The bottle drips a bit when dispensing. I just try and get it off the bottle and rub it onto my hands.Also I found that if I took the MCT oil by itself it gave me a stomach ache.So I began adding it to my coffee instead. That worked!

Great stuff, but the bottle DRIPS when you pour it.
Great stuff, but the bottle DRIPS when you pour it, no matter what you do! I had to pour it into another container. Luckily I had some brown glass bottles to transfer it to.

Worth every penny!
Very light oil, perfect for infusions and making natural DIY mixes. Very clean, there was a small bit of spilling even though there was a seal but very minimal nothing to cry over. Excellent quality!
