I'm hypothyroid...thus I exercise and lot and eat a little..so I'm pretty sure that I don't get all of the nutrition that I need from the foods that I eat. I've begun adding this to my protein shake and not only does it add a nice flavor but, it gives me some food value that I might not otherwise consume.

Great taste and makes a great treat when added to plain Greek yogurt.

I used to purchase this product from Grocery Outlet for $17.99 & I a bigger container! Here I paid $19.99 for a much smaller container! I'll have to find it elsewhere or find a different product!😔

This is an excellent product in itself and will definitely boost your energy levels. BUT: the container measures approximately 14.7 cm from top to bottom. Of that, less than half is actual content! Inflation by other means.
