EXCELLENT for Upholstery
Bought this to reupholster my outdoor cushions sndbworks PERFECT. If you are new to sewing, a word of advice, loosen your tension a tiny bit, bc this thread is thicker....but just a tiny bit, not a whole point. I used this for 5 square and 1 triangle cushions and still have 1/3 left over in the 1st spool, never touched the 2nd, but I'm sure once neighbors see the new and improved cushions they will ask me to redo theirs, so the 2nd spool will come in handy. I recommend this to ANYONE looking for a heavy duty thread !! A +++

Bad (no kidding)
This thread unravels and balls up in front of the needle. Can't get barely more than 2 inches of sewing done before having to cut and rethread. IT IS HORRIBLE! Don't buy this stuff. Not worth the price. Not worth anything.

Frays easily
This thread frays while in use, and needs to be cut constantly. I use and industrial sewing machine, I am very dissatisfied.
