Does the job and very reasonably priced
Received this a few days ago. It works well for my needs. I require a hands free headset for one of my cars and this is doing the job well so far. I paired it with my Galaxy S3. I also like that I can use the car charger from my S3 for this headset a big plus for me. Sound is clear and I have no complaints from the people I have called. For the roughly $18, you can't beat it.

Three Stars
Pretty good except it does not play music like Pandora.

Decent cheap bluetooth
Sounds fine, nothing spectacular. A good cheap option for someone who constantly loses their bluetooth like me. It conenects and disconnects often but never during a call.

Worked for My Purposes
I had found a video online saying that you can use your Bluetooth headset to control your garage door (search: BT Mate). I immediately needed to do it because my wife was always forgetting her key and she would use the keypad till the battery died. I had originally tried to buy one on ebay, however, I found out the hard way that the ebay version may look the same, but it wasn't. Obviously a counterfeit. Bought this one and it worked perfectly.

Don't work with media
It works fine with dumb phone. With smart phone, the music and sound from media apps such as You Tube don't go through this headset.

Just say no...
First, the headset is a nice size and weight; the ear loop works well; the sound quality is acceptable (though the volume is a little low) and the price point is good; the cover over the charge port and the location of the charge port isn't great.Of course, none of that matters since the headset it almost completely unusable -- I purchased two of them, and both of them randomly disconnects from my Galaxy Nexus S2 during the middle of a call (you'd think a Samsung manufactured phone and a Samsung manufactured Bluetooth headset would work fine together).I don't see the problem with my Plantronics or my (older) Motorola headset, so I have to assume it's something wrong with the Samsung HM1800.I'd say spend a few extra $$$ and get a headset that works reliably.

I like it, but I have to use it with ...
I like it, but I have to use it with the plastic piece that helps keep it on. It was easy to install and sound is great. I make long distance calls to my country and they here me well.

Schocked!
Have always purchased Samsung products in the past but this was not the high quality as I expected. The ear bud dose NOT fit properly, it's VERY uncomfortable, the sound is not as clear as some of their other products.
