I bought this cocoa to enhance the chocolate flavor of chocolate frosting for cupcakes. The flavor is delicious! I have made a few cups of hot cocoa on a chilly night as well which was perfect.

I was expecting a rich, robust flavor, but instead its much like a Nestles or Hershey's Cocoas. It's OK, but nothing special. I admit, I'm a chocolate snob, so I have very high expectations. It's why I'm willing to pay extra for good quality chocolate products.

This is the best cocoa powder I ever purchased. It’s darker and more richer than other organic powders that I’ve tried. When making hot chocolate it smells like melted chocolate. I haven’t tried it with baking yet, but I am looking forward to it.

I was really impressed by this cocoa powder! I used it in chocolate sauce, a chocolate cake, and some chocolate frosting, and the flavor was really rich and deep. I could definitely tell the difference between this and the cheaper stuff! A bit on the pricey side, especially if you're used to buying lower-quality cocoa, but if it's the star of the dish, I definitely say this is worth it.

This is a very quality product. I used it to make a large batch of holiday treats. It's nice to have him get this amount at one time!
