I took these religiously for several months during cold and flu season. I went through two bottles. I was the only person in my family who took them and I got just as sick just as often as everyone else. Once I ran out, I stopped taking them. I can't tell any difference.

Awesome product for general improving immunity, fighting cancer, and rebalancing the immune system to improve autoimmunity problems. The 500 mg capsules are the better choice for a serious health problem.

Product arrived well before the earliest day stated. This is for my cat. It tastes terrible, but for some reason she lets me catch her easily every morning to give it to her. I mix it in 1 tsp of water and put it in her mouth. Half an hour later she gets to eat.
