OFM Core Collection Mesa Series 3-Drawer Single Pedestal Steel Desk with Laminate Top, in Maple

I would like to note that the instructions are not the best but the desk was not that bad to assemble, plus there are assembly videos provided by the manufacturer online. Every component of the desk was well packaged and arrived without damage. While I purchased the desk with the left return, there is not as much space as I thought there would be for a chair. The center drawer does not come with an organizer tray; however the top drawer of each pedestal does. It would be nice if the center drawer cam with an organizer as this is were most people would keep their pens and pencils, etc. Another point to note is that the desktop of the return is coupled to the desktop of the main desk directly with a metal plate. It would have been nice if the main frame and the return frame (on the bottom of each desktop) were also fastened to each other with a metal plate to reinforce the joint as the only thing holding the inside corner of the desk up is the one metal plate coupled to the two desktops.

Everything as expected. The leg extenders don't really extend but maybe 1/2". Will have to improvise and have put 2x4" spacers temporarily. The instructions should be more explicit to mention how important it is to use each leg unit on the proper side, they're not inter-changeable, as well as the small black plugs on each pedestal that must be removed prior to mounting. It is very solid and seems to be a good desk. I'm pleased that I purchased it.

I like the desk. Solid, large enough for my area. Well built. The only reason i don't give it four stars is because the instructions are pure crap. So many things left out of the instructions. I had to start over 3 times because the instructions failed to mention crucial items. Once I got the main desk assembled ( 2.5 hours), the return unit was a piece of cake. There is a video on youtube for assembly. Suggest you look at it.

All metal indestructible will be used for generations

I found it to be a good sturdy (Mostly metal) desk and a great deal of a buy at $507. I looked it up online from the company OFM which sells it for $1,036. The only problem was the instructions are hard to read because you have to assemble it yourself, which took me a few hours to do.

This is a sturdy desk, and I like the practical, industrial look. The file drawers open smoothly. The assembly is straightforward -- about ten large pieces. This will last a long long time.I had an issue with the order, but after a call to OFM and Amazon customer service, this was resolved satisfactorily.The boxes came on an extra large wooden pallet. The delivery driver would not take it back with him. As a residential customer, I wasn't expecting that -- I expected just the cardboard boxes. I will need to dispose of the pallet, which will be a chore.

This desk is very nice looking, and very sturdy. Assembly directions were easy to follow. One of the drawer slides was broken and I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement part quickly. It was an easy fix. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
