Bought this peel after research. I was looking for professional treatment at home and this peel does the magic. My skin tone appears to be even after 4 applications. I would recommend this to first timers. But always follow instructions carefully.

Whenever a product has thousands of positive reviews there is a little part of me that wonders whether it's because it's really that great of a product or whether it's somewhat of a psychological phenomenon wherein the reviewer believes the hype of the previous reviews and sees results that aren't really there. Well, that's not the case with this product. The hype is legit. I am a big fan of AHA gel (I use Paula's choice). But I decided to try something a little stronger and, based on the massive amount of positive reviews, bought this peel. I decided to use it 3 times before I reviewed it, so I could give it time to produce any results. Well, it has done exactly what it says it will do. My facial skin is bright, discoloration and redness have been reduced, and my skin tone is more even then it has ever previously been. I can't attest to wrinkles as I haven't used it long enough to form an opinion on that. First off, this is NOT a peel. This doesn't go on like a mask of any kind that you then peel off. It is an almost water type substance that you smooth over your face (taking care not to get on lips or anywhere near eyes) and then rinse off with cold water 1-2 minutes later. The package states firmly not to use it more than once a week and I have followed that direction. I also have increased my time over the 3 weeks from 1 minute with the liquid sitting on my face up to 2 minutes on my third use. It tingles but by no means burns or stings. I have included a pic of my face the moment after I rinsed it following my third application of it. I am 38 years old with skin that tends to be quite dull, flaky and with red spots and the beginning of aging type spots. But this pic shows what 3 weeks of once a week use has done for my complexion. My skin looks and feels better than it ever has. I will come back and update this after 3 months of use if this product has diminished any fine lines and wrinkles by that point. But so far I am thrilled with the results!

In my mid 30s I started getting severe embarrassing cystic acne on my chin and neck. I tried multiple things and decided to give the glycolic peel a try. It was not an overnight fix. I bought it in January 2018 and used it consistently as directed. It completely cleared the cystic acne, I am assuming by allowing faster cell turnover this less clogging. Now that I have complete cleared my neck and chin I keep doing it weekly to keep up the maintenance and the acne has not returned and it is December 2018. As a side bar, another benefit was it softened the 11 lines between my eyes, so now I use it all over my face to help with fine lines and keep acne at bay. A good affordable product that actually works. It will cause dryness if used too much so get a good moisturizer to balance if you are using a lot at first.

I received the product two weeks ago, I am used to peels both regular and TCA , with pcos history I have cystic acne and scars and it took years of peeling , so here is my experience.1- the product is mild and very suitable for beginners, however this 60 sec rule won't help you, I leave it for 30-60 min adding layers over layers. my skin tighten after and I like it, the cystic acne starts to pop which is a big big improvement.I use Differin after I apply the product and a coffee scrub that I make ( coffee grounds with coconut oil) after to help the dead skin .I applied it 2 times a week so so far 4 times and I can see improvements. same result I see at an Esthetician clinic but not paying $100+ for.I love the product and will be buying it again.I can even see fading lines with wrinkles!Update 7/26/19I have discovered taht when I mix it with Retain A, leave it for like 45 min the peeling is more intense. yes it will look horrible for a couple of days but then it starts peeling off. I use that when I get a cystic acne to get rid of it and it works! this became my once a month routine and I just love it !

Truly a miracle product! I have very temperamental skin with minor to moderate adult acne (lucky, I know), and this peel was gentle yet effective. I did it at night before bed (I kept it on for about 5 minutes although the directions advised only 60 seconds) and the next day my skin was glowing and the appearance of my acne scars had noticeably lightened. It's definitely worth the $24 - buy it!

Love this product! Had been using another brand with 25% glycolic acid for months. After a week of use of this fabulous product, my skin is brighter, luminous and virtually wrinkle free; I'm a 48 year old red head who has struggles with splotchy freckles - No more. May try more products from insta natural in the future.
