Works for me
I bought ready for winter, so have not used properly yet. But, it works pretty well in the frosty weather we have had so far. I took other reviewers advise & went up one size and achieved a comfortable fit.

Excellent neck warmth but poor back warmth. Reasonable value.
Didn't work but no problem sending it back for a refund. Re-ordered a replacement. It works fine. The neck warmth is superb but the heated area on the back is much smaller than is implied from the illustration and is disappointing. As other reviews note, go for one that is one or two sizes larger than you think you need. Reasonable value for the price and gloves are good.

Sizing is on the small side so I would size up one or two sizes.
Bought as a present and recipient was delighted that even the collar was heated. This has made a difference to this person as they always felt cold , has an outside job. This has been worn nearly constantly over the past few weeks, washed as well and as good as new , still heats up very quickly then drops to a constant warmth , charge lasts all day.

Waste of money
After a month my pocket start to melt and i didn't even wash it , i didn't wear it every day, i try to contact the seller but i can't do that tru this Amazon app , they don't offer any quaranty so i lost my money . Don't buy.

Faulty heated vest, still under one years manufacturers guarantee.
This jacket was good for the 10 or so times it’s been worn. However, it’s operation yesterday was very very intermittent going on and off continually for our whole walk.On closer inspection we could see that a wire connecting the battery pa k to the vest was completely loose and therefore the jacket is now inoperable.As we purchased this less than a year ago, we presume this is covered under the manufacturers guarantee. Didn't realise you had to buy the charge pack separate but orderd a cheap one which came the day after I received the fleece.What can I say, it warms up in seconds and feels great, can't wait for the snowy weather so I can laugh at all the people shivering on the streets, is that bad of me? Who cares? Wahahahaha!Great fleece, lovely snug and warm, recommended!!!

Order 2 sizes up.
I am a 44" chest and I am usually size Large and i ordered 2xl going on reviews and it fits perfect.I am not blown away by it. its only warm in the pockets even on red and 1 pocket is wasted on holding the power bank. No inside pocket or top pocket so that leaves 1 right pocket. So not great for holding anything. Costly Gilet.
