I bought this for our old fridge to keep it from dying and it is still working!
So, our 10 year old fridge had some issues with cooling, the freezer was freezing fine, but the fridge part was warm, so we thought it was dying. We ended up buying this to protect it from power outages/power issues since we live in Dominican Republic (and electricity is not very stable, especially if its windy or rainy), even if this didn't fix the issue (we had to disassemble the freezer back and clean all the ice that was blocking the cool air from reaching the fridge part), it still keeps protecting the fridge from all the weird power spikes and/or flashes.Les recomiendo esto a todo el que quiera que su nevera les dure mas y este protegida cuando se va y viene la luz/energia electrica, ya que no permite que le llegue energia a la nevera por unos minutos. Muy buena!

Nice but difficult to use on angled refrigerator plugs
Nice but difficult to use on angled refrigerator plugs. I put this on 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers. If one has an angled, offset plug it is difficult to insert fully into this product.
