Best oxygen concentrator

I ordered for the concentrator and defective item was delivered with parts missing. On raising replacement request, amazon replaced with a new concentrator. However, the replacement item that was delivered and that too it is not working. The concentrator itself is not working. Defective products are being delivered and amazon is charging such a hefty amount for the same.I would request all not to buy such items online where there is no return policy. Customers are being looted by providing defective item which cannot be returned.

Compact and efficient

The media could not be loaded. The oxygen concentrator is not working at all. There is no oxygen flow and it makes a very loud voice. Cannot return it. Philips does not provide on-site customer support, even for medical appliances like this. Did not expect this from such a well-known brand.

Needed this on an emergency basis, but sadly was sent a BROKEN PIECE!!!! We needed it URGENTLY for my ailing father-in-law; but unfortunately, will now have to hunt for one on hire basis. Its really...really sad

Got it delivered from Mediakart. Seems the item is already used for prolonged intervals.Such costly items, with no return/replacement policy.Amazon should have some quality assurance for non replaceable items.
