It's unfortunate what people are used to and how context informs (or fails to inform) reviews.This product is amazing - it's not only extremely effective (life-changing for me), but it is very easy to tolerate, taste-wise.To one reviewer: this isn't sublingual, it's liposomal. Please use wikipedia or Google or something - liposomal encapsulations are intended to absorb through the gut. That's why you can't keep it under your tongue.To other reviewers: no, it doesn't taste great. It tastes like what it is: vitamin B12, 5MTHF, and phosphatides.On the other hand, it is a great dose of something many people need desperately, in forms (methyl-) that don't need to be metabolized (many people can't, and even those who can are better off just keeping their chemicals for other uses), and which can bypass the systemic difficulties in absorption (by hitching a ride with liposomes).Meanwhile, the unworking (can't be digested) cyanocobalamin high-fructose corn syrup formulations are sitting pretty with uninformed 5-star reviews. Because sugar.

God-awful, god-awful taste. Other reviewers are not exaggerating. It is really horrible, and difficult to describe. It is the kind of awful where you have to shake your head and make a funny face.

So happy to find a liquid vitamin B12 that is specificaaly designed and formulated for optimal absorption. Vitamin B12 is notoriously difficult to absorb in the body. So this liposome delivery system is really quite smart and unique among the usual pink tablet pill forms of B12 that can are hard for you to actually absorb.Also, the taste is FINE!!!! Really. I keep mine refrigerated, and it tastes like sweet cool olive oil, without the olive flavor. People these days are so addicted to eating pure white sugar and having it in every supplement, that they cry like little weak babies is something goes in their mouths that's not overloaded with HARMFUL refined sugar or sickeningly sweet chemical sugar like xylitol. No wonder so many Americans have diabetes and syndrome X. Maybe some of these reviewers here crying about the taste of this liposomal B12? I'd bet a million bucks these folks are overweight and have carb metabolism problems. This B12 tastes totally fine, coming from someone who is a life-long naturopath and supplement-taking veteran.

Update-Please do not take this product if it arrives without an icepack during shipment, is transparent, and after refrigeration, slimey and bitter as it is probably not going to be effective.If this occurs, please contact seller to let them know. I highly suggest suggesting shipping item with an icepack when setting up delivery instructions during purchase.got last shipment without a cold pack and the liquid looks like cough syrup. I'm hoping it will thicken into the milky pink liquid it should be and is still effective.Received the item, but the liquid is thick when it should be the consistency of syrup. I've used this product before, so I know what it should be. If it is thick and difficult to get into the dropper, there is a problem. The item should be refrigerated to be effective. Both my sister and I bought the item and the liquid was thick.I wish there was a way to receive a refund, it's $22.33 each. It is terrible for those who don't know what the liquid should look like, and think they are receiving the benefits of the product and they're not.

I will be looking for a different brand. Bottle was sticky and tastes like crap!

Guys, it really doesn't taste that bad. I'm not sure why a lot of the others are saying it does. I'm someone who enjoys sugary stuff and is pretty particular if things taste bad enough to make me gag (obviously). Don't let all the other reviews about taste scare you away!

I used to love this product, but the past 3 times I've ordered this item it has been damaged, and there isn't a return/replacement option.

This is so much better then getting B12 shots..... Because it is liposomal it is absorbed quickly into your body...so there is no need to run to an office and get expensive shots when you can just conveniently take this ..... It gives me so much energy that I really need.....Jusy hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds and you're good to go.......
