Could use improvement but was satisfied
These could use a ‘low battery’ warning of some kind. It really needs peppy batteries to give reliable output levels. Waning batteries make for off-caliber results. Otherwise it’s been great

This is an indespensable tool for calibrating microphones and sound measurement software. This thing works great and the price is right. Very easy to use.

Excellent sound meter calibrator
This sound lever meter calibratior is professional instrument quality. It is very well made and works perfectly. I checked two sound level meters and they were right on. I think the digital readout is somewhat overkill- a simple switch with the two calibrator tones would have been sufficient- but that does not detract from the quailiy of this instrument. If you need to check the calibration of a sound level meter, this calibrator is highly recommended.
