Ingot this nasal dilator as i was looking for a product to help me be less congested when i wake up on a morning. It definitely works and i no longer wake up feeling bunged up with a headache! Im not sure if it helps with snoring as my partner says i dont snore all that often but since using it i snore a lot less.This product can be uncomfortable when first using it but you soon get used to it. I would reccommend this to anyone who is looking to feel less congested during sleep!!

I love this device, i can breathe throught nose when i sleep and it saves me the awful dry mouth and throat i usually get. It amazes me that people can nose breathe normally at night and im very jealous. My parent isn't as keen because it didnt so anything at all to stop my snoring. Also, it did fall out in the night and i had to position it strangely so it didnt push my nose stud out but worth it to breathe

I’ve been a mouth breather sleeper for as long as I can remember and never thought that was strange until I got strep throat.As breathing through my nostrils was hard, primarily because I had prior nose surgery I looked into plastic strips - they did not stick. I got nasal sprays, they worked for 1 hour. THIS works all night and I genuinely feel a difference. I’ve never slept through the night with my mouth closed! Great design.

Good overall but use with caution if you have a deviated septum. It was difficult to get it into a comfortable position due to my deviated septum and I pulled it out in my sleep which is a shame. It does work as advertised once in.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this product.It fits poorly and is less effective than the over the nose adhesive strips.I have worne this for less than a week and I already have painful scars on the inside of my nose from where the silicone rubbed my skin. It greatly affected my sleep quality as I woke up most nights wanting to take it out because of the pain

It's possible that I may have ordered the wrong size, however didn't find it to be as effective as nasal strips, not uncomfortable but still need to use nasal strips with them!

Does exactly what you want it to. Discrete and has noticeably reduced my snoring and improved my breathing.
