It should be possible. As long as the sugar paste is thick enough and cold-iced, it is easy to make a clear shape model.

Q: Can these molds be used for resin molds?

I would not say so. They are very small and fiddly, there is no support at the back of the mold to help with a flat surface

Q: Are these suitable for wax melts?

I don't think so, they are tiny. I would suggest their best use is for chocolate/sweet making.
