Best sound quality ever
Sound quality is great. Frequent contacts of mine have noticed and commented on how much clearer my voice is. Battery life could be better. It will not last a full day of use. Find an opportunity to charge it, like during a lunch break. It only takes a short time to get back to a full charge.

Worst headset I have used in years. Replaced a Jabra Pro 920
This unit replaced a Jabra Pro 920. It is setup with a YeaLink T48S and an EHS36.Just about every aspect of this headset pales in comparison. Its heavier, audio quality is sub-par, the connection to the EHS36 is very poor. It does not ring when the phone does, it takes several button pushes to answer and hang up.The connection to the PC is smoother, but not BETTER than the older unit we had. Also to note, when something happens on the PC, the audio is stolen from the desk phone, resulting in you having to switch audio BACK to the phone using the base station.Battery life is also a bummer. The old Jabra would go all day no issues. This guy needs to be re-charged about 2/3 through the day.I have been told by others they can not hear me. We have adjusted every element of the config after consulting the manual and online guides.Tried to work with their support, utterly useless. I would not recommend these be used in a business situation where pairing with a desk phone and PC is the goal Perhaps if you can deal with the issues above then using it simply for a PC headset it may work, but there are much cheaper options out there.Overall, a big let down.

Best Business or at home Headset!
Amazing piece of hardware. I bought 2! One for home and one for the office. Bluetooth dongle is a nice functionality. Would recommend downloading or keeping the user manual as it is packed with features.

Headset will not stay connected
This has a constant issue staying connected to the base. I tried all combos of switches, reset to factory settings, and when I get it to connect it works for 5-10 min then craps out again. Buy this if you love reading an incomprehensible manual and spending hours and hours constantly troubleshooting. If however you would prefer a headset that works I suggest staying far away from this one. Amazon is giving me a refund.
