10/10 great product
It seems like I only ever live in old houses with no ventilation in the bathrooms 🤦♀️ and now I live in an old house with no ventilation in the bathroom AND my basement floods anytime it rains🤦♀️🤦♀️Anyways, this has always been my go to product for dehumidifiers. It works great, I run it most of the day and it doesn’t hike up my electricity bill too much, it’s quiet (I actually love the white noise it makes), and is overall really great quality. If I had to say any cons it’d literally just be the size. I ended up buying a larger scale one and I struggle finding a “cute” place to put it with my air purifier and a/c haha

Great!
I’ve been using it non-stop for over a year now, and it’s been keeping my basement bone-dry. It’s done a great job, and there’ve been no issues so far.My only complaint is that the water bucket is awkwardly shaped, so it’s difficult to clean without a long-armed scrubbing brush.

Works great, not quiet though
This dehumidifier is great! I’ve bought some other ones in the past that do absolutely nothing. My downstairs humidity was near 58% and by the next morning it was 48%. Way better! I only took off 1 star because it’s loud. I actually need two because of my home but I don’t want one this loud in my living space.

Amazing at sucking out so much water from the air
This is amazing! It sucked out so much water in the basement and now it smells so nice and fresh! Plus the whole house seems to be lower humidity because of this too! The only thing is that we have to empty it everyday but one day we’ll get a sump pump in the basement to help with this.

A strong dehumidifier
This has been a great dehumidifier. I was surprised how powerful it is and how much water it is pulling out. It fills its tank within a 12 hour span and quickly drops and maintains humidity.

So far, so good! Thirsty thing.
Update 3/20/21: Still working like new. House is a bit more comfortable and smells a bit better, though there could be other factors in that as someone else is no longer living here. The filter comes on based on a timer, but I haven't even really noticed much in the way of debris, and, in the cooler months, it's run a bit less. It doesn't run up the bills as far as we can tell, so hey.--Haven't even had this a month yet, so expect periodic updates of this review, either because something went awry, or to just let you know it's still going fine.No real problems with this unit-- a couple things I did note is that if it's not PERFECTLY level, you might hear a bit more noise. Our floors have had damage, so I'm doing the best I can, and it seems fine, but there is a slight difference. There's also a slight amount of heat that it blows out. I didn't notice it much at first, but it just seems normal-- no bad smells, no questionable or increasing heat, either. You can hear it dripping sometimes, and overall the noise is noticeable on any mode-- obviously better on comfort without turbo-- but it's not really problematic unless it's on turbo and in the same room. If you like white noise, I don't think it'll bother you, but if you're trying to watch TV or have a conversation, it might be grating. The unit is a bit heavy, but the wheels are like magic. It is REALLY easy to move around. And since you should only be using it on a level surface, it seems fine to me to not include brakes on them. There's also a safety feature when you dump the water, so you don't immediately restart the unit. The instructions say that the feature makes sure it has three minutes to cool down, but I'll also note that if you unplug the unit, that bypasses the safety feature. I'm not recommending you do that-- I found out by accident when I was trying to prevent it from beeping.Slightly annoying feature-- every time you empty the bucket, it's gonna beep at you. Several times. Extra times, just to be clear. If you need to dump water in the middle of the night like I do, and someone's sleeping, you can get around this by unplugging it. It does beep when you power it back one though. Mind the three-minute cooldown, between dumping the water and restarting it, okay? All that said, this thing borders on unbelievable in removing water from the air. I live in a warm, humid location, and even indoors, the 0.8 gallon tank refilled in less than five hours. It's intense. The auto shutoff works perfectly, and I haven't even had any trouble with drips or anything. The bucket is fairly easy to remove, but may be heavy for the elderly or if you have any spinal or other health issues-- however, the weight isn't very much at all, maybe 6-7 pounds when full. We did get a hose to use it with, but haven't hooked that up yet, still just sticking to the bucket. No issues with freezing/needing to defrost.I wasn't able to adjust the humidity in 5% increments-- not sure why, since the +/- buttons work, but I haven't bothered to read through the manual to see if there's some other mystery trick to it besides hitting the buttons while it's off of comfort mode. I usually leave it on that mode. You can also activate turbo mode whether it's on comfort or continuous. I was able to use the timer function, but I won't need to use that in the future-- just tested it.Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this dehumidifier, with the most important thing being that it really does suck a loooot of water out of the air in a relatively short amount of time. I'll update this review periodically, either to reflect a problem that's come up or to declare a lack thereof.

Fantastic product!
Very powerful and effective. Easily controlled by cell phone or iPad App. Can even remotely control it from working place. No issue at all after almost two years purchase. It has been a pleasure using this humidifier!
