ASURION 4 Year Office Equipment Protection Plan ($90 - $99.99)

My printer went out on me not too long ago. I was devastated because I hadn’t used it but a few times. I called customer support and everything and you have to have a subscription in order to even get help with tech support on Canon. So I gave up. I went searching through my orders back 2021 for a tv mount and came up on one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I peeped that I purchased a protection plan through Asurion and it is still active. I sent in a claim and they sent me a label and the rest was history. I would definitely recommend this product. They do just what they say and they’re quick. I took the product to ups and by that night I had an email. Bout time I woke up the next day I had my gift card and by the day after that I got a new printer!!!

I utilized Asurion for quite a few products but had to use it recently for two purchases from a year or two back. The process was seamless. I will keep using this service. Thank you! For some reason, the site wouldn't let me give 5 stars without clearing them all out, but 5 stars is what was intended.

Got the four year warranty on my printer. 3 1/2 years in the printer went to put very easy to navigate the Asurion website and file my claim. Got my gift card for the purchase price of the printer within minutes.

I like these warranties, but when I'm trying to figure out if I have one on a particular product (we have many electronics with warranties) it is too difficult to match warranties with past orders. The products on my orders page need to have an attachment saying it has a warranty - plain and obvious with a link to open a claim. Please. Please!

Super-fast response and handled the problem immediately as well as the refund so I can purchase another one which I did yesterday and should receive Saturday. The Customer Service agent was pleasant and made sure everything would be handled.

Warranty plans are a good idea with electronics.

It was easy to process the warranty on my item and the refund was transferred to my account the same day.
