The Ultimate Harmonica Songbook: The Complete Resource for Every Harmonica Player!

This is my favorite bass tab book and I wish they would make a second one like this. I can't find any other books like it. It's super comprehensive and has a really great variety of songs. I especially love that they included solo song arrangements with chords in them. Those songs have really helped me level up my playing. I highly recommend this book to new bass players and bass players looking for a great variety. The tabs are also super easy on the eyes and much more readable than some tab books. Bottom line: if you're thinking about it, get it!

This is a big book! I play the clarinet and have used hundreds of music books and decided to learn the harmonica. This book has lots of full songs with lyrics included below and clear large printing. The songs range from full popular songs to little riffs and most of them and instantly recognizable. It is not an instructional book but if you can read music and know what you're doing with the harmonica it's an excellent purchase. Back says US $24.99 so it was a good deal.

You couldn't peek inside this book so I decided to take a shot and buy it. I was somewhat surprised by the format. It is divided into four separate sections: Bass Recorded Version Songs, Bass Riffs, Solo Bass, Easy Bass Melodies.Songs that have a signature bass riff are in the Bass Riff section. Solo Bass have a bunch of classical and jazz numbers which you can play in the lower registers like Canon in D or Pink Panther Theme. Amazing Grace or the Beatles Blackbird? I haven't attempted them but want to. They might sound cool but I'm not counting on it. Easy Bass Melodies has songs like "Bridge over Troubled Waters" - not the tab but the melody down an octave. This is only good for a beginner to learn the fretboard and have some success. I would think that a player with a year or more experience will find no use for that section. If it was easy basslines then you could play along with the recordings and have fun while learning something useful so that section is a disappointment to me.This is the ultimate beginner bass Tab. Lots of useful songs at various levels so that it can take you from 3 months to your second year of playing. So if you're under a year with Bass then add a star the rating. Bought my husband this book as a gift. He's an intermediate level bass player. He loves the variety of the songs this book has.

I like it that this book has numbers along with the notes so you can get involved in learning to play songs faster. I am learning to play the Harmonica and this book will be a valuable tool.
