This is a very nicely made cushion and a nice size for travel. It is NOT memory foam - so it actually wasn't firm enough for me, but it is firm foam and has a very nicely made, high-quality looking, removable cover. It's a good thickness for neck support (if you find it firm enough). Also good for the car - I like one for an arm rest when driving!If you want Memory Foam, I recommend Carex.

This pillow was just what I was looking for. Had ordered a different one but turned out to be too big and too hard. This one is the perfect size and not too soft/not too hard. I love the feel of the fabric and that I can remove to wash. I’m using it to prop my head while watching tv, and it’s very comfortable.

There is nothing actually wrong with this bolster pillow, but be aware that it is VERY firm. Almost no give, so it is just way to big/firm for me to use as a neck pillow. Maybe it would work for taller larger people... or for under knee support if needed.But I can't use it as planned/needed.

Love this little pillow. The size and density are perfect for my neck while sleeping. Velvety cover is washable and soft. 100% satisfied.Now a lot of reviews are taking off stars for some assumptions so let me confirm a few things for you.It is not firm so there is little support for anything heavy. It does offer gentle support, which I think works well for neck or propping on an arm etc..Most importantly.. it is NOT 'memory' foam, it is a soft latex foam. They are not the same. I prefer latex to memory hands down so this worked well for me.
