Very dry, probably old stock.
I have been buying Medjool dates for a long time. The best ones were the one I bought in Mangaluru in Karnataka. These are very ordinary, very small size, dry dates, not juicy at all, probably old stock. Medjool is a very fleshy and soft date. This one is just the opposite of that. ☹️

Very small size for Medjool dates. No softness and juiciness of Medjool.

Good one- fresh and juicy
Good dates. Soft and juicy. There were 12 big sized dates in a pack of 200gms. Of course it's a bit pricey at around Rs.30-35 per piece. But the fresh, tasty delicacy can justify the price. Remember to transfer this to a jar after opening as it is a bit juicy and wet. Will definitely try their other products.
