Really don't like the taste of this olive oil - shame, like the Clearspring Sesame oil - should have gone with regular Greek olive oil.

Balsamic vinegar, a bit of honey and EVOO, then mix!
Good quality oil, kept in a sturdy glass bottle, goes well in my salad.
