My, oh, my. I LOVE THIS key fob.My Audi RS5's key fob had a slightly sharp edge so I wanted to get something to cover it and protect it. I looked at a lot of different options and chose this based on it's design. I have no regrets.First, it fits perfectly and was easy to assemble.Second, the color, though not as red as I thought it would be, is quite attractive. It's kind of a mirrored red which is very handsome.Third, it works.Wait a second, there must be a downside, right? There is. On the Audi key, the lock button is raised higher than the unlock. On this key fob case both keys, and the trunk release, are the same height, so you do have to get used to feeling where each key is, but this doesn't take too long. Still, if they put a little bump on the lock button it would make a world of difference.

The color is as shown on the picture, great quality and gives good protection. Super easy to install and fit perfectly with my key.

Both pro and con, this cover is thick. Great for keeping key without damage but I think it cuts done on the key working distance some. Fits snug so it looks seamless but is a bit tedious to get on.

Bought this on a whim to see if it would safeguard my 2018 A4 fob. Figured if it was garbage, then it's really only a few bucks wasted. Happily, I was wrong. This cover is very nice! It is indeed a hard, but flexible TPU rubber, like most cell phone cases. It is beautifully fitted to the fob, without any gaps, slop, or play. The main body piece fits snuggly by itself, even without the back. The back has a full perimeter lip that inserts into a groove in the main body to hold itself in place. The primary coloring is black TPU, with, what appears to be, co-molded chrome TPU in the accent areas. It doesn't look like paint or colored dye. There is one area of obvious paint, and that's in the shading inside the Audi logo's 4 rings. Mine came with 2 bits of that black paint chipped off, but it's so small you'll never noticed it. Frankly, it doesn't even need to be there and they could have saved a step and left it off. Size-wise, it make the fob a few millimeters bigger in all directions, but practically speaking, the cover disappears once it's on. Oh, and functionaly, it doesn't obstruct the buttons in any way. It's flexible enough that they work just like normal and button presses don't really take any extra pressure to activate. All in all, a great purchase and a wonderful investment to protect an overpriced Audi part 😁

Silly Audi decided to include glossy, black for their key fobs. What foresight was given in consideration that it would be bundled with other keys, or other abrasive stuff that would be in the same pocket?! Well regardless of the genius who ok'd that decision, this is probably the best low key, key fob protector you can get.I can't compare to other options, but I went with the basic black/gray color combo. It more or less looks factory to the untrained eye. It's ridiculously easy to install - you just pop the key fob into the case, like a phone.The buttons press and depress easily, albeit maybe even better and easier with less concern your finger nails will scratch a naked key fob, or anything else in the same pocket. In terms of bulkiness.. we're probably talking about a fraction of a mm difference so it won't add too much bulk to your pocket.This case will probably stay on for the duration of my car ownership, since I've yet to see any wear for the past month it's been on the fob. I don't really give a care if the case does wear, so as long as it continues to protects the fob from scratches. Frankly the case ought to cost a little more than what I paid due to it's well made design imo.

I'm very satisfied with this key fob cover. The Audi key fits in perfectly. No give or movement. The entire key is covered minus a small circular opening in between the 'lock' and 'unlock' button and an opening to display the Audi logo. I don't have any complaints about either hole. It really has a high premium quality feel and look to it.I do see it being a bit tedious taking the cover on and off to access the manual key in case you need to unlock the glove box or something. Also the panic button is covered with no dedicated button etched into the cover. Just gotta press a little bit harder to activate the alarm.The cover honestly doesn't add much bulk. I actually like the feel of the material in my hand. I haven't dropped it yet but I'm sure it will hold up well.For those of you looking to protecting your Audi key fob, I highly recommend this product. It is on the pricier side but for me it's a small price to pay.
