We use the Waggle system in our RV to monitor our dogs while we're outside or away from the camper. It's comforting to know we can keep an eye on them while we're gone. It's easy to set up and we've had no issues. Great value for our peace of mind!

Amazing product for our RV. Offers alot of peace of mind leaving out German Shepard in the camper to go eat. Tracks the temperature and humidity and also able to alert if our RV moved out of a set diameter. Works great in combination with the Waggle RV camera. Highly recommended.

We have been using the monitor for over a year now and absolutely love it for helping keeping track of the temperature & humidity to keep our pups safe.The fact that it is portable makes it invaluable. We just move it from our rv to our minivan. Wherever the pups are, there's a Waggle.Thank you for creating such an invaluable product.Special shout out to Jack for the help in setting it up. (NOT a Waggle issue!! I was the issue.)Have since ordered their minicam to be able to keep an eye on them as well.

The temperature reading is off by 15 degrees. See images. We are in the Colorado Mountains all windows open where it is nice and cool, I have a sweater on, no way its 81 degrees here. I am steaming with my Verizon signal so I know I have good cell service. I unplugged it about a our ago and have yet to receive an alert about power. I did get an alert yesterday when I tested it so I know it works but if it is not 100% reliable what's the point. Set up on the app was a total pain, it kicks you out at any point if you leave the screen and you have to enter all over. Even when I clicked to read the terms at checkout, had to start all over. Seriously I am all about techy things and this is a waste on money. The people that keep it probably don't even know if it works or not, and have not thoroughly tested it out, they just like the nice screen on their phone. Returning it today.SO UPDATE I spoke with support and apparently the unit lost the the cell signal. But I got no alert. So if it can lose the signal and not update temp readings or send alerts what good is it. I used the reset button and it seems to be working now. I will update again when I get the answer on lose of cell signal alerts.UPDATE 4 days now no response from customer service. I think they blackballed me. We were out yesterday and got a warning that we hit our 83 degree high head alert so we rushed back and the RV was fine the digital thermometer we have on the shelf and the one on the thermostat read 74 and 76. The only thing I would say it might be good for is the power off alert. IF YOU HAVE A CONNECTED CELL SIGNAL. JUST NOT RELIABLE FOR THE MONEY WE PAYED. ITS GOING BACK.

I have seen so many good reviews about how great this product is. And when I first received it I was looking at all the other products that I could connect with this one in the future. However, I plugged it in and started the setup. Over 24hrs later it still had not received signal. The connection is now a hit or miss and this is a disappointment if you think you're going to open it up at anytime and check up on your pets. You'll never know if it is accurate. The Verizon system is the only option, even a wifi connection to my wifi would give me a better result as with other home products. But this unit has no option to utilize anything but their system and when in an area that Verizon doesn't "Hear Me Now", it creates a failure point. There is only one spot it can be sitting , which is in the window and causes false readings for the inside of the RV. I live full-time in one RV and that's why I purchased, hopefully it works better when I start traveling with my smaller RV next summer or I will cancel the whole thing.Update: After the review post the company did swap my unit out with a unit that is meant to have better connectivity. While it still arrived locked and I had to contact them again it is now working on a regular aspect as it should. The tech support worked well with me on the unit.

I have been using the Waggle full time in my campervan for a year and a half now and have found it very valuable! It texts me if it gets too hot and if I need reassurance, I can check the app any time. Monthly or yearly fee is minimal and customer service is very helpful. I have had to reset it a couple times but it was a very easy fix! Animal control has been called on me twice and when I told them about the product, they said all was good. One specifically wanted to know about it because of the waggle sticker on my window. She said it was a great idea.

Product works well and protects our pups when traveling and competing. Customer service is strong and helpful. Recommend this product without reservation.
