It's made of really good quality and it's very durable. I liked it very much.As a beginning it took me week's practice to close it but it was quite impossible to close initially.

The media could not be loaded. Product is amazing as well as it has a very nice design... Using it from 8 days. It's worth the money. I buy it for increasing my grip strength because a friend of mine has too much more power than me. It's for advanced beginners. My weight is around 51kg and 5ft 6 inch and its helping me. It's great fit for me. Just go for it! I can assure you 👍

Everything is good, but I would not recommend this for beginners, but for others it's value for money.

The metal hand gripper is a good product and great for building hand strength. However, it’s quite painful to use at first, and sometimes it causes my skin to rip. While it’s excellent for hard workouts, it definitely needs some kind of grip protector to make it more comfortable and safer to use.

I wonder why the reviews are filled with not for beginners. I am a normal 17 guy and who does not go to gym with bmi under weight can easily close this hand gripper.Yes the resistance is good than regular grippers but not that hard to train first to close this

it's nice and strong. it's not for beginners. i used it for an year. It broke because i kept it on a cool surface and squeezed it too hard.THE QUALITY IS INSANELY GOOD.
