High-Performance, Efficient, and Reliable Power Supply for Your PC
The Corsair RM850 power supply is a great option for anyone looking for a high-performance, reliable power supply for their computer. The RM850 is a fully-modular power supply, which makes it easy to install and customize to your specific system needs. The power supply is also very efficient, it uses less energy which helps to reduce your electricity bill. The 850 watts of power it can provide is more than enough for most high-end systems. The build quality of the RM850 is also great, it feels solid and well-made. The power supply is also very quiet, it doesn't make much noise which makes it perfect for use in a quiet home office. I've been using this power supply for months now and it's been working great. I highly recommend the Corsair RM850 power supply to anyone in the market for a high-performance power supply. 5 stars!

Great PSU.
Bought this yesterday after my 10 year old PSU decided to die on me in my 7 month old machine. It's quiet and it's fully modular so you can pick and choose what wires you need and it free's up alot of space if your current/old PSU is non modular which should help keep system temps down a little bit.Quality/build is great. Overall, it's great and everything I needed.Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet & easy to install PSU.

Expensive but powerful and stable. Cables could be better
It looks like a PSU and acts like one, so that's a decent start. I don't suppose there is a lot you can say about how a PSU is presented other than the cables that are supplied.A fully modular PSU, the RM850 is supplied with a plethora of cables for Motherboard, CPU, GPU, SATA and Molex power connections. There are enough for pretty much any application but the cables are also why I knocked a star off. They look cheap and at this price, they shouldn't. Most, with the exception of the mainboard 24v cable, which has a braided sleeve, all others are "ribbon" flat types that look terrible and are quite hard to hide for cable discipline. You'd think being flat they would be easy but if they twist they stick out.I have an EVGA G3 in my other system and it's all sleeved cables and they look much better and more "premium".IF Corsair sort this the whole package is a winner in my book. Until then, it's 4 starts overall as it does cheapen an otherwise expensive PSU.

I expect quality, and got it.
When you buy Corsair you expect quality. They dont skimp on that with this. The 650 watt is enough power for most builds with room for upgrades in your system. It's quiet to the point of your unsure if it's running even under heavy load you can hear a small whirl. But thats it.It's worth spending a bit more on a modular design PSU. For many reasons, but for me it helps to keep your cable management clean and tidy.I've installed this into a mid size ATX case. Which it fits with easy with plenty of room. It's not a big unit this so I'm sure it could fit easily into smaller case, but always check the dimensions first.Comes with a set of cables which is great. However, I felt the quality of the connectors seemed a little cheap, not to bad but not what I expected. But thats me just being a bit picky.Overall. Not a cheap unit but not expensive either. So a good PSU for your money.

Once you go Full Modular you don't go back!
Never go cheap on a PSU, I tend to buy branded and pay more. I always go a little higher in watts than may be needed to just for a bit of headroom and potential upgrades in the future. I'm too spoilt now with Fully Modular. I could never go back to lots of wires. I love that I can have less wires and only use the ones I need.I'd also recommend Googling any PSU you buy, to make sure it's got decent reviews and if you really want to go into this check out the PSU Tier list that is floating around the web. That is very good.I'll be honest, this PSU was for a secondary build so I didn't do much research on this one and just knew Corsair PSU's are good and they should have my back with a good warranty if anything goes wrong. If this was my main PC I would extensively research the PSU more and make sure it's the best I can afford.

Perfect replacement for my P6T SE Board
This is a perfect replacement for the old PSU on my ATX case with P6T SE motherboard. Only three of the four fixing screws match up with the case but that's holding the PSU secure. All the needed cables are supplied. The PSU is modular so only the cables that are required, need to be fitted keeping the clutter down. The new PSU is a lot quieter than the old one.
