National Geographic Kids Beginner's World Atlas, 4th Edition Hardcover – July 9, 2019

National Geographic publications are reliably beautiful, filled with accurate information and interesting. This one does not disappoint. I'm sure the little explorer in our family will enjoy it.The first book I received was physically damaged. I returned it immediately and received the replacement copy within a few days - it is perfect. Much appreciated!

This book, like all National Geographic books is excellent. I am homeschooling my 5 year old and he already knows all the continents, oceans, and his directions. Currently learning the difference between the political and physical world. This book is excellent and my son is learning at a 1st/2nd grade level. Can't wait to buy every last book by NG. Highly recommend.

After reading other reviews, I was nervous to order it because of the remarks about awful cover pages but this copy came in perfect condition. We love that each page shows where each continent is on the earth and that it isnt an overwhelming amount of information. Definitely recommend for smaller kids 8 and under.

My 5 year old pointed out that New Zealand is missing from this Atlas. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing….

This is great atlas for kids! Photograph are beautiful, paper is shiny and there is a lot of interesting information. Got it for my 7-year-old and she likes looking at the pictures, but is not yet interested in reading about each country. I suppose it may be a little overwhelming. It will come in time.

This is a beautiful book! I highly recommend it also for adults who want to learn more about geography and the world in general, it's not the least bit juvenile. This book is perfect for families to look at together. There are lots of colorful charts geared toward an intelligent audience. This is for people who WANT to learn and enjoy absorbing new information, it's not geared toward a babyfied audience.

Great book

We needed a way to show our kids the places we were talking about, and decided to buy an atlas rather than a map. It's great, because it has maps and great facts for kids.
