Unlike other hair dryers that have one or two settings for heat/ air, this one has 5 heat settings & 5 air speeds. I actually got this at a discount, I'd been looking at this brand bc its what my stylist uses & the price is the same on the brand site & other online & brick & mortar stores- everywhere, but I noticed a countdown for a lower price here on Amazon. I watched the countdown clock for 2+ days & thenit got down to 13 hours & I'm checking every cpl hrs waiting for the sale price as i didn't know how much of a discount that Amazon was giving. As soon as the price went down, the last cpl minutes & then the last few seconds I got this hair dryer at 1/3 off the original price.I immediately bought it. This price was better than manufacturer website. This is a good brand, great extras just by having the dif amt of heat setting & air settings & then a button for a shot of cold air to set the curl or wave after using heat, I also got the two attachments. Every dryer I've owned they only had 2 settings- hi & lo for heat & air flow whether it was an expensive brand or an inexpensive one, the other ones were too hot or not hot enough, the same w/air, either it blows too hard or not hard enough. Since this one has 5 settings of heat & 5 settings of air flow you can actually style your hair w/o having to go over it again with a curling iron or flat iron, this hair dryer is a great buy! I gave away 2 hair dryers when I got this one. I've been shopping at Amazon for yrs & when a sale is coming up I pay close attn especially if it's something that I've been looking for and need or looking for gifts, the first place I look is Amazon bc I dont have to leave my house. Amazon also has coupons for so many items that makes me want to shop Amazon before looking elsewhere. Amazon also has so many brand name products, that's another reason I shop Amazon first! Great dependability

Seems to be a quality product that can perform as it claims. As a right-handed person, I blow dry with either hand as needed, round brush in the opposite hand. It is very awkward with either hand and legitimately a challenge more often than not to hang onto the handle and not continuously press on the buttons that control the device.For example...what starts as the hot, high-speed air setting quickly is shifted onto the cool and low setting, all due to my grip on the handle and how it naturally shifts slightly as I work around my scalp. Having to hold it strategically does not allow a full, natural, safe grip.It has been a bothersome glitch especially when in a hurry and have to stop, reposition my hand and grip, start it up again, getting it as I want it to be...which is usually a quick process...except irritating. Never been an issue with any other blow dryer I've ever used.(I have do-nothing hair and am very reliant on a blow dryer to work for me as it should).So close to being a terrific product. I don't look forward to using, which is a bummer.

I have been using this blow dryer for over 6 & 1/2 years. I have dropped it several times finally busting the LCD screen and the blow dryer still works!!! I have gotten my moneys worth several times over. 1 small complaint is it’s easy to accidentally push the buttons while holding the handle to blow dry, but you get used to it after a while and learn to place your hand a little differently. This blow dryer drys my hair faster and smoother than any other dryer I’ve owned. If you are debating on blow dryers just get this one, it’s awesome.
