I needed them for a current limiter as you can't get filament bulbs anymore. Work fine.

Lifespan
Purchased January 2025, fitted on delivery, used between six and ten hours a day, one blew in March 2025. Edit, end of April 2025 and the other one I fitted is still going strong, so, not so bad for a cheap brand and they are honest with their reviews, which is better than the cheap rubbish I tried to replace them with, which lasted 24 hours and was not the reputable brand they were sold as.Will be getting these as replacements, seeing as 60w bulbs that are better for us seem to be getting as rare as rocking horse manure, thanks to conforming to the oil industry's attempts to shift the blame for pollution onto us and sell more plastic, made from their by-products, in the process.

Very hard to find the right bulb for dimmers.
Very hard to find the right bulb for dimmers. So far so good with these. The new type LED bulbs don't play nice with dimmers so these halogen ones are a god send. Only used one so far but will report back here with an update if any problems with the others.

Seem good value - time will tell
Excellent customer service after one bulb was faulty, immediate replacement and fulsome apologies.

Cheap and dirty
Strangely, all the bulbs were dirty right out of the packaging. Seemed like they had had water on them, with little spots on the bulb. Cheap tho for dimmer switches. Remember that, if you heat your house with gas in winter, LEDs don't have much of an advantage, as the excess heat from these bulbs will heat the room too. Dimmable LEDs are also a lot more expensive.

Light bulbs.
These are light bulbs so it is obvious what they are for. As I have purchased them before and will again, they meet my needs better than other light bulbs.
