Looks stunning, lovely metallic rose colour and super smooth and easy to clean. Was a bit unsure about the switching temperature feature, but it automatically boils to 100 degrees and you can switch to 85 degrees by pressing the temp you want. Useful that it lets you know the temperature at all times so you may not have to reboil... And useful to know when it's cool enough to use for the hot water bottle!Boils quickly and quietly and makes a beeping noise when it has boiled which I have found useful.

This kettle started playing up after 30 months. As some have mentioned, the behaviour became erratic.From cold, it would reach the set temperature but then fail to reheat, with the blue light quickly going off. Empty and refil with cold water and it may work again. Not a scale buildup and the temp sensor looks OK.A second oddity is that sometimes simply pressing the power button for boil, the light comes on but no heat then after a minute or more, it does a few beeps then the light goes out.Evaluating the electronic controller, the fault was traced to the main power supply capacitor, which is fairly typical for this type of design so back to the manufacturer for swapout.Contacted the manufacturer Customer Services, sent some pics of the kettle as requested, and a replacement has now arrived so excellent after sales service.A simple suggestion to extend the service life would to be to leave it off the base when not in use for a few hours.

Lovely kettle and looks great but as a fairly expensive purchase I didn’t expect it to stop working less than a year later 😞

Had 2 of these before and really liked them, although the previous ones were brushed steel. Not sure I like the colour of this as it's not the colour pink I was expecting and doesn't really match my kitchen decor. Also noticed that the base is now plastic rather than brushed steel like before, no doubt a cost cutting exercise. However I was desperate for a new kettle and it performs well so I haven't returned it.

Great looking kettle, looks expensive too. You can adjust the temperature which I like. The only downside to this lovely kettle is its a bit heavy.

It was a purchase that far exceeded what we would normally pay for a kettle. The Rose gold finish was a huge drawer to upscale the usual kettle purchase. At this price we do expect it to last more than just over a year. Therefore very disappointing although it still looks nice just refuses to boil water.
