Works Perfectly as expected with existing base
I have had my base unit for many years now... Lost track of how long ago I purchased it but at least 7 years ago... This the quality I love and expect from Panasonic... 5 star rating.This is the second handset I have purchased for this base, the first was an add on and this one is replacing one that was dropped and finally stopped working. This handset is silver color on the front keyboard side and white on the back. it did not come with the belt clip but the old one snapped right into place with ease. The provided installation instructions were just ok, I still needed tech assistance. The technician contact was done using text. I appreciated being able to save and review texts as we worked together. The process went smoothly, the tech did an excellent job and his knowledge was excellent. Great job, Good Product!

Great Phone
Easy to sync with your current phone system. Nothing to complain about.

It works fine
The speakers died 2 on my original handsets. I purchased one of these as a replacement and it registered with the base of my original set of phones so I purchased a second handset. Easy to register, immediately picked up all the phone numbers I had put into the original handsets and charged up just fine. Both new handsets work great. I can delay for quite a while the need to purchase a whole new phone system.

Good expansion option.
Very good quality cordless phone system. I've had mine for a few years now. Needed an extra handset for an additional room. The expansion capability of Panasonic systems is a real plus; no need to buy an entire system for more handsets.

Exceptional Tech Support
We were pleased to be able to replace a handset for our existing Panasonic six handset phone system. The instructions for adding the new handset to the system did not include all the steps necessary to add it. But included with the new handset were instructions on how to contact tech support.I am pleased to say that once we were in touch with Mike from Panasonic tech support, it took him less than 6O seconds to talk me through adding the new handset to our existing system.Excellent customer service and tech support.

Great support for this product from the provider
When we received this phone and tried to start its service we encountered a problem. In the box was a note indicating we could call the provider and get information. We did just that and the provider immediately recognized our problem and "walked me through" the process of starting the phone service with this new phone. We are most happy with the service and the results and have saved a good amount of money since we do not have to purchase a new system because we now have a third phone that works. Most happy with the service and results.
