Works great! However while the end has a protective tip it’s still hot to the touch. Still love it!

This works easy, it does get very hot. Not too heavy, the price was just right. I did find it hard to use on my shorter hair, but on longer hair it worked great. Overall I think this is a fun and great product. Wear some heat gloves or be careful as this does get hot.

The heat control is in a bad spot. When o put my hand there to close the iron a lot of the times it rubs the temp control

I had a hard time using this product. I could not get it to curl my hair the way I envisioned. I followed the directions, but could not find the place to hold my hand comfortably. I do want to say it could just be me. But this was my experience with it.

I purchased this item because I saw how the curls came out on other people's (social media) and I wanted to try it myself. I bought the item, used it once, and was happy with the results. I was in the process of purchasing a home and moving in etc. Once I got settled in I decided to use this hot tool, but when I plugged it in, it did not work. I was very disappointed because now I'm stuck with this item that is practically new but doesn't even work. When I called Amazon, they informed me that the close-out window was a month later for returns. I don't always curl my hair so how would I have even known this wasn't going to work within a month?! Maybe I just got one of the defective ones, but on the same token, here I am stuck with a tool that I paid for and can't even use! smh
