Customer service response @ Petra....Just received my Petra HD4000 sprayer ,and haven't used it yet- Charging the battery fully 1st. I went to the registration page Petratools.com/warranty and received an error message "something is wrong here" on that page. I went to the chat on the home contact page and within a minute Nathan was on the line to assist me. I provided him with the serial number and he took care of the registration . Easy Peasy- No being put on hold, no menu to click through- no fuss,no muss and a Real person on the other side of the chat- that seems to be a rarity these days-Thanks Nathan!Looking forward to trying out the HD4000 as I hope it will perform better for my needs than the less expensive ULVI had recently purchased and am sending back . The various nozzles and ability to increase the pressure up to 90 psi should help me spray the pecans, kiwis, and figs and garden vegs- 3/4 cup Hydrogen Peroxide/gallon (test a small area 1st-and not in direct sun) to stop mold/fungus ,leaf spot , before you have to resort to the fungicides.Thanks Petra for having a real customer support person available!

It is an excellent product. I have about 2 acres of land that is fenced in so my dogs can run around. I was using one of the large retail companies to fertilize, seed, and spray for ticks and such. After I had fixed my septic leach field, the yard needed a lot of TLC. It would have been expensive to have the retail company nurture it back to health or professionally resod it. I started down the rabbit hole on YT for videos on DIY lawn maintenance and was hooked. The HD4000 will save you time (and money once you factor in the savings from DIYing it). Even if I didn't have the size of property I do, I'd still recommend it. It does what you need it to do. For example, when you need to add multiple chemicals and mix them, the opening is wide enough to use your drill mixer. Overall, it is easy to operate. Plus, if you have to contact Customer Service, you will be pleasantly surprised. Shout out to two rock stars (Anna and Christina). I am still flabbergasted that a small (maybe medium-sized) company, from, I believe, PA, has a team that responds to questions at all hours of the night. It was a win-win for me. I think it will be for you, too. If you go down the lawn maintenance rabbit hole on YT, you'll want to be the envy of the block. The HD4000 helps you get there faster while spending less time than using one of the traditional manual pump sprayers.

Compré está esprayadora o atomizador eléctrico ya que por mucho tiempo he usado atomizador de mochila manual y ya estaba cansado de de estar dándole a la palanca de mano y decidí entonces cambiar a algoas actualizado y moderno y me encontré con está maravilla que me ahorra tiempo y esfuerzo en mi trabajo y tiene muchas ventajas principalmente te evita la fatiga y mucho tiempo de trabajo otra ventaja es su batería dura mucho con una sola carga me aguanta asta una semana de echo nunca me e quedado sin carga y fumigó por lo menos unas 25 patios por semana también tiene algunos inconvenientes que deberán de mejorar por ejemplo los cinturones de sujetar a la espalda hay que tener mucho cuidado y estar revisando que estén bien ajustado siempre . por qué te puedes llevar una sorpresa de lo contrario es un excelente producto y la atención al cliente es más que exelente mi inglés no es muy bueno y llame al número que viene escrito en el pulverizador y me contestó una recepcionista muy amable y aunque le dejé saber qué mi inglés no era bueno he insistió en alludarme y resolvió mi problema y lo más importante es que ella le ha dado seguimiento a mi caso a través de mensajes checando si recibí mi repuesto y por todo su esfuerzo de entender le doy las gracias a Cristina por su amabilidad y buen servicio al cliente de cero al diez le doy un diez por su exelente servicio y amabilidad .producto exelente lo recomiendo .resaltó servicio al cliente . excelente con mucho gusto me compraría otra en el futuro si fuera necesario.Atentamente. 10/10 Customer Service. Sierra was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I run a Pesticide Application Business and use the HD4000 as my main external sprayer. Saves me 30-45 minutes per application and no longer need ladders for second and third story external applications. I ran the sprayer and pump hard, 5-6 hours per day for several weeks straight. The pump cavitated, possibly due to my negligence/lack of proper care. After watching videos online and attempting my own fixes I reached out to their Warranty/Customer Service. They sent me a new pump free of charge and even added a new style of straps. Absolutely phenomenal experience and had me back servicing Clients and supporting my Family in around a week. I will never purchase any brand other than Petra for all my future spraying needs. Respectable American Made Business.

I bought this to spray for ticks and mosquitos and also weed control on my 5 acre property. It’s worked really well now for 2 years and just pooped out. Fortunately the customer service is wonderful, I contacted Chloe with petratools and she got me squared away spraying again in no time. My only remaining complaint is the straps aren’t very strong, they come loose from time to time but I hear this a well known concern and new straps are in the works in future models. All in all, 4 stars for the product and 5 for the customer service!

I just want to say I’ve been using this sprayer for the past month at work and I think it’s fair for the price. I use it for pest control as a compliment to my FlowZone 4 gallon backpack sprayer. I feel like the unit’s PSI output is comparable to the FlowZone and I like the options it comes with in terms of spray tips. I’ve had some minor issues with the shoulder straps and I want to give a shoutout to Anne with Petratools for addressing that issue and mailing me a new and improved set of straps. Overall, I think you’re getting a solid product, especially for casual/at home use.
