Tender Ben's 0006-7081 100% DEET Mosquito, Tick and Insect Repellent, 3.4 Ounce Pump

Used very little and it kept spring mosquitoes off completely!

It’s the best mosquito repellent I’ve ever used! It actually works. I love being outside however, all of my life I’ve had to use sprays, creams, lotions. Whatever mosquito repellent I could find. Nothing has worked until now. I usually use 2 to 3 products at the same time to try to prevent bites, however, that doesn’t always work. Ben’s is the first and only product I’ve ever used that actually worked. I definitely give this product five out of five stars hands down.

Bought to keep end of summer green head flies away when on the beach. Product does it well. A little greasy, while I scented, there is a scent that is slightly chemical in nature. Pump spray doesn’t like to spray except if upright.Complaint, it softened my toenail polish and caused sand to imbed into the polish. Luckily was due for a pedi, but the imbedded sand would not come off toes. Keep feet covered if using and have painted nails.

I have the packets as well, which are easier to store in pockets. But, this I keep in a compartment on my kayak for when the NoSeeUms are committing an all-out assault and you have to go nuclear. Works great, yes, will sting your eyes a little if you spray it in them (don't do that) ....but is my go-to choice for bug spray ...says this Floridian!! Great stuff!

To say that 🦟 love me would be a massive understatement. I recently bought a can of OFF! which did absolutely nothing to stave off the armies of 🦟 in my backyard (not to mention the strong smell & oily sticky feel of it). Out of frustration I ordered Ben’s 100 from Amazon. It cost a bit more but I was desperate.I tried it today for the 1st time. First of all, it has very little smell which surprised me. I’ve used scent-free OFF! in the past & it’s anything but scent-free.Second, after applying I realized it’s not nearly as heavy feeling on the skin. After a few minutes I didn’t feel that greasy/sticky feeling I’m used to.Last, I’m still in shock as to how well it’s working. I went for a 12 mile walk this morning along the Perkiomen Creek Trail. Usually, the moment I stand still I’m swarmed by 🦟 but not today. Currently, I’m sitting in my backyard 7 full hours after applying & still not one single 🦟 has buzzed me. This is unbelievable! I will never buy any other product again.

Used this while vacationing in Mexico at 6 weeks pregnant. I worried myself into a fit over Zika Virus and was on the verge of canceling my BFFs birthday trip. However after googling for days I finally decided I wouldn’t cancel my trip and purchased this product instead. My trip was amazing and I didn’t get ONE bug bite. Every morning I applied this product all over, and by the end of the day I was still protected. We went on an excursion the last day of our trip where we were in thick wooded areas with lots of bugs and everyone was swating away huge alien bugs the entire time except me. It survived ziplining, ATVs in the rain, AND a swim in an underground cave/cenote without needing to be reapplied. It held up 1000 times better than the expensive bug spray they had for sale at the tourist shop. Of course just to ease my mind, I tested for Zika upon my return and was all clear. Can’t say I owe it 100% to this product as Zika wasn’t a HUGE risk in the first place but I’m still happy I had it and if nothing else, it kept all the icky bugs away and saved me from itching and scratching my days away.

The DEET solution works great. It was effective right away, and it keeps working every time.The plastic bottle isn't up to the level of its contents. The only thing positive thing I can say about it is that the side lets you see how much fluid is left. The spray nozzle on mine got stuck after a few uses and I have to fiddle with it to get it unstuck. Afterwards I had to do that before each use. On my sample, the screw-on cap also doesn't seal that tight, so fluid leaks if the bottle is tipped over. I noticed it on my car seat. Tighten the cap a little too much and it pops and becomes loose again.I don't know if it's bad quality control or a design flaw, but the result was the same. It ruined my experience with the product until I transferred the excellent solution to a glass atomizer bottle with a leak-proof screw cap and a reliable spray nozzle.

I live in Florida the mosquitos out here are outrageous but this product has been a life saver me and my family can stay outside for hours and not get bitten will be buying again the only thing is I wish the bottle would come in a bigger bottle.
