Love the chocolate! I make frosting and treats with it. I use Splenda instead of sugar since I'm diabetic. Get my chocolate fix.

Perfect Melting, Excellent flavor
These are my favorite baking bar to use - always melt smooth for chocolate crinkles and come out perfectly. Melting takes no time at all and I never worry about scorching it, even in the microwave. I have a couple of new recipes I want to try so I stocked up!

100% Cacao. its not supposed to be sweet. its for baking.
you ever see the videos of kids wanting to eat a spoonful of cocoa powder and when they do its horrible? same thing here. you don't eat this raw (unless you already know what this and want your regulation experience.)this is for baking and the die hard so dark its not candy chocolate lovers.the chocolate was safely wrapped in sealed foil and then the box. the chocolate was in the proper bar shape with squares and the color was very dark just like expected. Mr. Baker does well with his Baker's branded chocolate.

Unsweetened Bar Chocolate for Cooking
This is basic unsweetened chocolate for cooking.It is reasonably priced. I have used this brand many times in the past.It is not gourmet chocolate, but it is suitable quality for baking, candy, chocolate frosting, melted for hot chocolate and anything else you'd use unsweetened cooking chocolate for.

Used this since i was a little girl helping mom bake a cake
HATE THE MEASLY 4 oz pkgs but the quality is still there.The old squares were much easier to measure and they broke apart nicely as well. This new method is more expensive and adds more work for the cook.Not a good idea although I realize nobody is baking from scratch much anymore or maybe doesn’t even bother to make their own hot fudge sauce anymore.But you don’t need to get Girardelli‘s, when Baker’s secret really is.

Best Brownies Ever!!
This Baker's chocolate is getting harder and harder to find in the supermarket, so I like to purchase mine at Amazon. I use it primarily to make brownies. I don't like to use the powdered cocoa that most recipes call for. The brownies turn out very moist and tasty. They make the best brownies from scratch. This chocolate also makes a very tasty, moist, delicious chocolate cake.

Delicious and healthy snack!
I realize these are intended for baking but I love to eat a square or two a day with my lunch. It's a decadent, yet healthy treat. Delicious!
