Perfect Chocolate For Cookies!
At first I was skeptical about ordering chocolate on amazon because I live in Texas and it's extremely hot over here, but it came perfectly sealed, and it wasn't melted! I made some delicious brown butter chocolate chip cookies and they tasted delicious! Will definitely be buying again!

The best baking chocolate
I have been using Bakers chocolate in my cakes and treats for over 30 years. I started out by making the German chocolate cake recipe in the cover and have been using it ever since. I use the semisweet, bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate. The quality can’t be beat.
