Computer was a great find for the money. It was packaged securely and arrived on time.

Where do I start? So, the hardware is nice, but one of the USB ports is goofy. Not a big deal, since it's a refurbished unit. Well, then, the boot problems started. Every so often, the thing just says there's no boot device. Further scrutiny revealed that the MENSA candidates (that's sarcasm for those who are too literal) who installed the SSD used a cheap off-brand SATA M.2 SSD AND enabled Bitlocker on the C: drive. This has caused more havoc and wasted more of my time than it really should have. Thanks to the Bitlocker crap, I can't clone the drive to an NVME SSD. The people who refurbished this should be retrained on what constitutes refurbishing a computer.

I bought this model to match my work laptop so I could use the same docking station setup. It's now an older model but will still be good for Internet and Email use for a long time to come.

I needed a computer with a 17-inch screen. It works perfectly.

Refurbished laptop was junk. None of the keys on the left side of the keyboard worked. Quality control needs much improvement before I could recommend another product from this company.

The computer would not power up so I returned it to the vendor for a refund. Return process was easy. The refund arrived in about a week. Aftwerward I bought the same computer, refurbished from Dell.

Very weird quirk. The "Home" key and "End" keys are at the bottom of the keyboard and cannot just be pressed. They are "function keys" and FN must be held down to go to the home or end. A ridiculous and very, very inconvenient layout. Had I realized this I would not have bought it. Other than that, it is quick and quiet. It is also very heavy.
