One of the absolute best candles I've ever had! The smell fills the room and lingers but manages to never be overpowering or an assault on the nostrils. For such a little candle, it lasts a damn sight longer than some larger ones I've had. Lighting this is a real treat, I have actually used a whole one and bought another because I enjoyed it so.Update - Two years later, my current lavender candle is just sputtering out. Though the new batches aren't that beautiful rich purple any more, I'm excited for my next one to arrive! The scent of thie candle had accompanied many of my happiest moments over the last two years, and has been a huge source of comfort through lockdown. I'm the kind of person who usually never gets through a candle, but I've gotten through SIX of these! I adore them. I've tried the spiced vanilla scent too, but the lavender is absolutely the better of the two. I bought the two in the photo at the same time, but it's the lavender I've burned all the way through.I only wish they did a larger three-wick version!

This was bought as a gift for an 8th (salt) wedding anniversary present so I haven’t burned this myself but it looked and smelled gorgeous.However, the tin was dented when it arrived, which was disappointing. Had I had time I would have contacted the seller as I was giving it as a gift but unfortunately had to give it with an apology!

I was hesitant to buy this candle due to the price, it is rather expensive but I was swayed by the quality and ethics of the company and no animal testing which is always important to me.When I received it and opened the lid, the smell was delicious and I couldn't wait to light it. The crystals on top are very pretty and a nice decorative touch.I have used the candle once and while I try some others, this one is in the hallway with the lid off and it smells lovely whenever I walk past, even though it's not lit, the smell lingers and travels very well.My only slight disappointment with this candle is the tin; it's obviously meant to be classy and inoffensive but I just wished it was pretty and represented the smell of the candle inside. I very nearly bought other candles instead of this one as I preferred the tins of the others. Other than this little gripe, I'm very happy and would definitely recommend these and will certainly buy more.

I use my candles in a quite small room with little ventilation so they tend to provide a nice scent. I am always looking to be greener which is why I bought this one. It wasn't any worse than many I have had before but it certainly wasn't particularly noticeable.Looked good and the 'bits' on top of the wax were a bit different. However the main point of a candle is the scent and on that front I was disappointed.

Beautiful looking product. Arrived quickly, as promised. Only problem is the lack of scent. Put it in my small bathroom whilst having a soak.....nothing! Moved it to living room the next day, lit it.....still not a whiff of lavender. This candle has some wonderful reviews so I was very disappointed. I'm aware you can tire of the same smell but I alternate my scents (I have a couple of different Yankee candles). Perhaps the essential oil adder (not the official job title) was having an off day or my snozzle is. Whatever the reason, it's a great pity.
