Good product and please stay away from the El cheapo brand you see in every box store now. This has real flavor with nice acidity and overtones. We have tried it with great success for sushi rice and tsunemono

I hesitated at first to buy this because of the price and because rice vinegar is available for $2.99 for 16 ounces. However, the $2.99 stuff is just vinegar while this has a lovely mellow nuanced flavor that enhances any salad or Asian dish. I'm staying with this.
