I absolutely Love this chandelier the color gold is Gorgeous and puts out plenty of light!

So beautiful
So it is beautiful but an important large crystal was damaged and there were no extra. They give you extra on some of the smaller crystals. We had to build a scaffold to install this on our back stairs and we were NOT going to dissemble and return once we got to hanging the crystals and discovered the issue. I called amazon to see if the seller could send us the crystal. After a chat that took TOO long the customer service was like we are seeing you another chandelier, no need to return the original. So my issue was fixed but I think this is so unfair to the seller who lost an entire product when they could have just sent me a large crystal. So now I have another chandelier, sitting in a box on my office floor, missing a large crystal. Not sure what we will do? But the one in the back stairs hallway looks fantastic! Had to buy a dimmer because it was a lil too bright, otherwise EXCELLENT!

I got the bronze version and I was slightly disappointed that it was much lighter, more of a silver than I expected, however, it is beautiful. Very whimsical. When you put in your light bulbs this thing shines like no other light! My husband's going to put in a dimmer switch, that's how bright it actually is! The only problem I had was three of the glass pieces were broken or shattered. I actually got glass in my finger. Be careful. I'm going to ask if they will send me I C a B and an A piece. Still looks beautiful even with broken pieces

I like the way it lights up and is designed well. I really love that way sellers are providing additional crystals, in case of any accidents. Very thoughtful.Easy to hang the crystals and liked the gloves that came with the package to save the crystals from finger prints
