Exactly what we need

I bought 2 of these. One for regular garbage and the other for recycles. I'm pretty happy with them as they're heavy duty. The lid is plastic but it's not super flimsy. I needed a larger capacity garbage because the normal 13 gallon you buy at the store just wasn't cutting it and we found ourselves changing garbage bags constantly or it was always overfilling. I didn't want to get 40+ gallon either (I have one already for the garage) because that means we take out the garbage less which leaves room for garbage to rot in the house. This in my opinion is perfect for a larger family. We cook a lot from home! This garbage can doesn't wobble or anything and it feels stable when I press down on the foot pedal to open the lid.

Got this for my son for his first apartment with his roomate. This is a really nice, large trash can and for two guys, it is working out just great. I think it was worth the price. Will be easy for them to clean, is sturdy and the lid opens easily with a touch of your foot. I would buy this for myself.

I got this for my daughter who has 3 kids at home therefore lots of trash. I love how nice it looks and it holds so much more that a regular kitchen size trash can. A 30 gallon bag works well. The foot lever seems good and strong and opens the lid well. I think this was a good investment and should last a good long time.

Way over priced but it does work very well and seems to be very high quality. Used it for about a year now. I like the hands free open. Keeps the toddlers out the trash lol. I’d give it 5 stars if it didn’t cost me 100$ plus tax

its stuff, cat and dog proof, just big enough and tough enough to be convenient. easy close lid, closes inside the rim so no one can lift lid without pressing on pedal first.

I've had this trash can for 3 years and it is great! I wanted something that could hold a 13 gallon trash bag but give that extra room to be able to fill the whole trash bag without having to sit outside of the can because we have dogs. This does that! I use regular 13 gallon bags so you don't need any special sized bags. Even though it has a step to open once you have it open you are able to lift the lid all the way with your foot off the step so it can stay open. It is sturdy and has held up just as if it is new. It also locks in any smells.
