These coconut chips are crisp and large in size. Not small shredded coconut. I like to add them to granola and to top my yogurt.

I have purchased coconut flakes from the market for years, as of late they have been out of stock. Luckily, I found this brand on Amazon and with the good reviews I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. The quality is very good, and they are moist and tasty. I divided the 3 lb. bag into three separate bags and stored the extra in the freezer. I would highly recommend.

With this purchase, I got 3 pounds of large flake coconut. It’s the best tasting that I’ve had. It tastes like fresh. I will toast a pound of it and freeze the rest. And also, it was such a good price.

Product arrived on time and was packed well. I absolutely love how big the flakes are, and they taste amazing! Much better than anything I've bought at a big box store. My only complaint is that when i opened the bag the very first time, the zipper ripped off the packaging rendering it pretty much useless. I have to tape it closed every time i use it. I didn't rip it open or use too much force, it just came right off.

These coconut chips are well packaged, arrived next day, and are beautiful large pieces. I just made homemade granola with them and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Will purchase again, happily. The package says refrigerate after opening. Not enough room in my fridge for this large package, so will probably decant into 1 cup portions, freeze some, keeping a couple cups in the fridge.

This product is great in every way. Fresh and delicious. Significantly upgraded packaging.
