I love the spices used and the tangy flavors! The level of heat is perfect for me, not too hot. I cook sweet potato with a little chicken broth and add in the kimchi after mashing. Oh man is it good. First thing I eat in the morning.

High quality and fresh. The heat is uncomfortable to my taste. I added some filtered water to prevent tongue burn.Pretty tasty aside from that.

I like that it varies from can to can whether you get mostly the lower end of the cabbage or an equal distribution of cabbage leaf and lower end of same. What I buy in the store is mostly the lower end. It's mild in terms of heat/spice, I add to that anyway for my use. It's great just straight out of the can too or as a side dish or added to ramen.

So I like these. But it was pricey for very little. But I love the flavor.
