Good taste and pelasant texture
I love this ginger, it is finely sliced and well pickled, but still has body and texture.When using on it's own as a snack I find the pickled taste a bit strong at times, but then I can just give it a quick rinse.And it's sugar free! Which is a great plus for me.All in all great, unbeatable price for the generous amount.Keep it refrigerated in a tightly shut container and it keeps well for weeks.Although I seldom can make it last me for weeks - I love it to much :)

We have recently switched from pink sushi ginger, I have found this product to be better, tastier and have more texture depth.I use it on stir fry's; noodles; porridge - anything really where I believe that the ginger would add an interesting flavour and textural dimension.

Cheap and delicious!
Bought this massive pack as I know I will be using it forever as I am a hardcore sushi lover. You can also use this in poke bowl and many other dishes if you fancy. This ginger sits in its pickle juice, so it lasts forever, especially if you keep it in the fridge. That's what I do anyway.

By this for my mum who enjoys eating the ginger sushi. Not for me as I don’t like the additives added but mum enjoys the taste.

Absolutely delicious!!!
High quality pickled ginger. I was amazed at the size of the bag, it was huge. Make sure you have a container or containers to decant it to, I decanted mine into 3 masons jars. I only got it 4 days ago and nearly eaten the first jar! It is so delicious and the ginger slices are big and moreish! I will definitely be ordering more.

Great tasting, excellent quality and value
The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing deal for SO MUCH GINGER!!! This tastes better than the coloured ginger you get from restaraunt and is super fresh. Having asked around I am freezing this in cubes so I can keep it fresher for much longer for occasional sushi meals. The price is about 4x less per kg than other sellers. Very fast delivery and therefore highly recommended.

Can taste the sugar substitute a little, but very good value for money and we went through the lot with ease.
