Excellent Machine !
Very sturdy charge contoller, huge heat sink with a fan less operation. Supports Lithium batteries too !

Simple and Solid
Needed to add an MPPT controller for additional solar panels to provide more power to our 24v battery bank. The installation was simple and straightforward - cables in from the panels (disconnected) and a set of cables to the batteries, including an ANL fuse block. MPPT detected the lithium batteries just fine and when the solar panels were switched on, power was being generated with no issue. Running solid for several weeks now. Will note also that their support is quite engaged - checking on satisfaction and any suggestions.

Does the job
Only 4 stars because unit says up to 800 watts of panels however error coded until I removed 2 100watt panels so would only take 600 watts. However this system keeps my off grid power up to what I need. Quality material.

Replacement for one purchased a year ago
Used as a replacement for the exact same model. First one lasted a little over a year. The screen just stopped working and the remote display would not communicate with the controller. This replacement after about the same amount of time done the same thing. I guess its OK if you need it for 1 year or so. JUNK

Great product great company
I hooked this epever charge controller to my four 24v renogy 320w panels in 2S1P configuration for 1280 Watts to charge my 2 lifepo4 300ah batteries in parallel for 600ah bank and so far works great! Customer service was great to work with and helpful advising panel configuration.

Fine so far.
It looks like a well made unit and is performing well at this early stage, I had a couple of questions about the unit and got a quick accurate response from their tech department. It boosts the power by 15 to 20% but of course that number will vary depending on your system.

Very well built Solar Controller Eveper 60 A MPPT
The Tracer Eveper 6415 AN arrived quickly and well packaged. I was surprised by how large it is and it weights 15 pounds. The only complaint I have is that it should be stated that the unit will be useless at it is for Lifep04 batteries unless you have someway to edit the parameters with an external device as a phone or computer and that also requires the addition of the MT50, ebox WiFi interface or connection to a computer and installation of software. I think that a device this size should come with an easier way to set basic parameters for a Lifep04 battery. So I could not use the Controller until the ebook wifi interface arrived. Getting the interface to work with the phone app was another frustrating experience as it would not communicate with the Controller and now I had e question of which element on the chain was having problems, the controller, the ethernet cable, the ebox or the app!I tried two new Android phones and it would not work. Then I used my phone browser to connect to the ebox using IP 11.11.11.254 login admin and also admin for password. The screen showed connection to the ebox but nothing from the Controller. At least I was able to know that the ebox, cable and connection to the Controller was good. I then tried an old phone I purchased years ago at Dollar General and to my surprise the ZTE old phone did the trick! So I would conclude that the problem is on the software or app side. Now that I have the whole system figured out I am very pleased with the new controller but would advise de saler and company to make it clear to the customer that if using Lifep04 an MT50 is required for easy editing and selecting battery type.
